The Altoona Curve of the Eastern League ended the 2015 season with a record of 74 wins and 68 losses, finishing second in the league's West Division.

The Curve scored 603 runs and conceded 588 runs. Stetson Allie led Altoona with 17 home runs Josh Bell recorded 60 runs batted in. Max Moroff paced all regular batters with a .293 average. Jason Creasy topped the squad with 12 wins, while Chad Kuhl earned a 2.48 ERA, best among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.
