The Altoona Curve of the Eastern League ended the 2016 season with a record of 76 wins and 64 losses, finishing second in the league's West Division.

The Curve plated 616 runs and conceded 598 runs. Stetson Allie and Eric Wood paced Altoona with 16 home runs apiece. Erich Weiss drove in 65 runs. Barrett Barnes and Harold Ramírez topped all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .306 average. Clay Holmes and Cody Dickson led the squad with 10 wins each, while Cody Dickson recorded a 3.66 ERA, tops among pitchers with enough qualifying appearances.

Elías Díaz, Montana DuRapau, Tyler Glasnow, Clay Holmes, Nick Kingham, Reese McGuire, Alex McRae, Austin Meadows, Dovydas Neverauskas, Kevin Newman, José Osuna, Harold Ramírez, Edgar Santana, Josh Smith, Chris Stewart, Ryan Vogelsong and Brandon Waddell were all players from the 2016 Altoona Curve who played in the Majors during their careers.
