The Flying Squirrels plated 547 runs, worst in the circuit, and yielded 586 runs. Thomas Neal paced Richmond with 12 home runs and drove in 69 runs, while leading all regular batters by hitting .291. David Mixon topped the squad with 11 wins, and Daryl Maday recorded a 3.47 ERA, leading qualifying pitchers.
