The Richmond Flying Squirrels of the Eastern League ended the 2015 season with a record of 72 wins and 68 losses, finishing third in the league's West Division.

The Flying Squirrels paced the circuit with just 488 runs allowed. Richmond scored 503 runs, worst in the league,. Ricky Oropesa led the squad with 17 home runs and drove in 76 runs. Rando Moreno topped hitters with significant playing time by hitting .275. Joe Biagini and Kelvin Marte paced the squad with 10 wins each, while Joe Biagini recorded a 2.42 ERA, best among regularly-used pitchers.

Austin Slater, Matt Gage, Mac Williamson, Matt Cain, Kelby Tomlinson, Josh Osich, Jackson Williams, Derek Law, Chris Stratton, Engel Beltré, Kelvin Marte, Tyler Beede, Ryan Lollis, Kyle Crick, Tyler Rogers, Adalberto Mejía and Joe Biagini were all players from the 2015 Richmond Flying Squirrels who played in the Majors during their careers.
