The Wichita Wind Surge of the Double-A Central League ended the 2021 season with a record of 69 wins and 51 losses, first in the league's North Division.

The Wind Surge plated 636 runs and conceded 577 runs. Jermaine Palacios paced Wichita with 19 home runs, while Trey Cabbage, BJ Boyd and Andrew Bechtold each walloped 20 or more, too. BJ Boyd recorded 62 runs batted in. Roy Morales led all qualifying hitters on the roster by connecting at a .306 clip. Zach Neff topped the team with 8 wins, and Jordan Balazovic registered a 3.62 earned run average, tops among qualifying pitchers.

Gilberto Celestino, Sherman Johnson, Aaron Whitefield, Robert Whalen, Sean Gilmartin, Jason Garcia and Jovani Moran were all players from the 2021 Wichita Wind Surge who played in the Majors during their careers.
