1987-88 San Diego Sockers Roster

The San Diego Sockers of the Major Indoor Soccer League ended the 1987-88 season with a record of 42 wins and 14 losses in the MISL's Western Division. The team compiled a postseason mark of 11-4.

The Sockers gave up 189 goals, the lowest total in the circuit. San Diego recorded 277 goals. Branko Segota scored 56 goals for the team, while Zoran Karic, Paul Dougherty, Keder, Waad Hirmez, Hugo Perez and Juli Veee each contributed fifteen or more also. Branko Segota accounted for 33 assists. Jim Gorsek and Zoltan Toth topped the squad with 21 wins each. Zoltan Toth recorded a 2.94 goals against average, pacing goalkeepers with enough qualifying appearances.

Ron Newman coached the team. The 1987-88 San Diego Sockers won the Championship.
