1962 Salt Lake City Bees Statistics

The Salt Lake City Bees of the Pacific Coast League ended the 1962 season with a record of 81 wins and 73 losses, finishing second in the PCL.

The Bees scored 774 runs and conceded 767 runs, most in the circuit. Max Alvis led Salt Lake City with 25 home runs, while Hal Jones, Tony Washington and Jack Kubiszyn each walloped 15 or more also. Hal Jones recorded 99 runs batted in. Walt Bond topped all regular batters by connecting at a .320 clip. Bill Dailey, Floyd Weaver, Jim Brewer and Don Prince paced the squad with 10 wins each, and Bill Dailey recorded a 3.14 ERA, tops among regular hurlers.
