The Sherbrooke Castors of the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League ended the 1975-76 season with a record of 51 wins and 12 losses and 9 ties for 111 points in the QMJHL's West Division.
The Castors scored 514 goals, most in the league. Sherbrooke yielded 276 goals. Peter Marsh netted 75 goals for the team, while Dan Chicoine, Jere Gillis, Ron Carter, Fern LeBlanc, Bernie Harbec and Bobby Simpson each tallied 30 or more also. Peter Marsh contributed 81 assists. Richard Sevigny earned 37 wins for the squad, and Benoit Perreault registered a 3.73 goals against average, topping regular goalies.
